This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations are handled for DraftDrop purchases processed
through Stripe checkout.
1. Billing Provider
DraftDrop is operated by Michael Tarchyla, who is the seller for purchases made through the DraftDrop website.
Stripe is used as the billing and payment processing provider for checkout, invoicing, and subscription
administration.

2. Refund Requests
You can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, subject to applicable law
and the conditions below.

3. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal (EU)
DraftDrop is digital content delivered immediately (including license generation and activation capability). Where
applicable law allows, and where immediate performance starts with your consent and acknowledgment at checkout,
the statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once digital delivery begins.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly and yearly plans can be canceled at any time before the next renewal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund completed billing periods.

5. Non-Refundable / Restricted Cases
Refunds may be limited or denied in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated misuse patterns, or intentional chargeback
abuse.
6. Processing Time
Once approved, refund timing depends on payment method and financial institutions. Most refunds appear within a
few business days, but exact timing is controlled by payment networks/banks.
