If you cannot access your purchase email
- Try the exact address used during checkout.
- Search your inbox for Stripe receipt or invoice emails.
- If you are still blocked, email [email protected] with your order details.
Important notes
- Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current paid period stays active until it ends.
- License access follows your active paid entitlement.
